Cancellation Policy
The Happiness of Our Clients We prioritize your satisfaction. Within seven days after your appointment, please let us know if you are unhappy with any service you got from us. Extra payment When you book a spa package or salon service for four people or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added at checkout for your convenience. Appointment Arrival Delayed Your treatment will conclude promptly if you are tardy for an appointment, allowing the subsequent appointment to start on time. Your service will be fully charged in the event that this occurs. Allowance for Service Refusal Anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere may be refused or service discontinued. Product Refunds You need to have the store receipt in order to return any product. Please note that returns must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date. A gift card to the spa will be issued for any returns. Prices Services and prices can be changed whenever we want. Present Vouchers We only sell gift cards online. Funds Transferred Money orders, personal checks, and major credit cards are all welcome. All appointments must be held with a valid credit card. Bank Refunds Any check that is returned will incur a $30 fee. The customer's driver's license is required for check payments. Changes to Schedule All appointments must be paid for with a credit card. Cancellations made by spa members must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All services must be canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Anyone who has booked a spa package or multiple services must give at least one week's notice if they want to cancel.
